The Right Combination: Mix-and-Match Management Program is a menu-based offering designed for groups of all kinds.
This two-part session is the backbone of our mix-and-match virtual management training program. It covers six fundamentals that appear throughout the program.
In addition to Six Core Principles: What Every Manager Should Know , those purchasing the program can pick and choose from the other sessions to create a custom offering to meet the needs of their team.

At this session’s conclusion, participants should be able to:
- Explain how an organization’s people, processes, and product connect to its purpose.
- Describe what happens when either people, processes, or products don’t support the purpose.
- Discuss the value of appreciation and its relevance to employee engagement.
- Practice appreciation.
- Explain the value of questions to persuasion and influence.
- Create effective questions.

- Explain the importance of regular feedback.
- Practice the LLC feedback method.
